“Sew Busy” Bumblebee Business Cards
My friend Michele’s mother has been a crafter for as long as I can remember–long before Etsy was even a twinkle! She always made themed party favors for every birthday, Halloween, Christmas…even Flag Day! Not to mention baked goods, costumes for the school plays and hemming all of our prom dresses at the last minute! Now she’s taking her hobby to the next level and she asked me to create a custom business card for her with bumblebees and the tagline “Sew Busy”. Lucky for me, she approved the very first round of proofs.
I created my own digital illustrations to convey a fun and whimsical feeling. The back will be printed with this custom honeycomb pattern. I’m really pleased with my business card printer, Excell Print-Promotions. Only $48 for 1,000 cards printed on good quality, heavy stock. And usually there’s some sort of promo code to get a few bucks off.
